As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Massage and Bodywork therapist, I combine modalities to treat the "whole" person.  I work in partnership with each individual client to identify areas of desired change and formulate treatment strategies which will produce positive outcomes.  I practice psychotherapy and hypnosis specific to smoking cessation, weight management, pain control, stress, phobias, anxiety, and depression.  I also provide a variety of different massage and bodywork modalities to support a return to physical and emotional balance.
